Wednesday 15 February is a training afternoon for Practice staff.
The doors will be closed from 1.00 pm but if you have an URGENT issue (any problem requiring on the day review) please call the usual Practice number 692241 and your call will be triaged by the on-call GP and passed to CHOC (Out of Hours service) as appropriate.
The Practice will open as normal on Thursday 16 February.
