On the dates above the Practice will be closed and we will reopen as normal on the Tuesday.
If you require assistance during this period for URGENT problems please dial 111 (NHS 111) and for EMERGENCIES dial 999.
Please remember to check your medications and order in plenty of time if you require a repeat prescription. We require 72 hours notice (3 working days) to process your request.
