Receptionists

Your first point of contact with our Practice. Receptionists are responsible for dealing with enquiries, organising appointments, preparing repeat prescriptions and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Practice under the leadership of our Reception Supervisor, Dan. They have the difficult job of each day matching your needs to the available health professionals and appointments. The advice that they give adheres strictly to guidance given by the doctors. They will need to ask you brief questions regarding the reason for your call or appointment request when you contact the Practice in order to direct you to the most appropriate point of care.
