We do understand the problem patients have in contacting our Practice via telephone, especially during the current time when a lot of patient care is being actioned via telephone rather than face to face consultations.
We are pleased to announce that we have a new telephone system with extra lines and this will also inform you as to where you are in the queue, rather than receiving an engaged tone.
The options to select services with the Practice have also changed to the following:
1 for Emergencies only
2 for Prescriptions or alternatively dial our Prescription line 01946 518299 which is open 24 hours / 7 days a week!
3 for Home visit requests (if possible before 10.30 am)
