We understand there may be times when you have more serious cause for concern regarding the service we provide and wish to make a formal complaint.
The Practice operates a Complaints procedure as part of the NHS system. Should you experience dissatisfaction with your care or the service you have received and wish to raise a formal complaint please ask for a Practice Complaints leaflet and form from a member of staff in reception, or ask to speak to the Site Manager, who will explain the procedure in more detail and arrange to investigate your complaint.
