COVID VACCINATION – 75 YEARS AND OVER – APPTS NOW AVAILABLE TO BOOK VIA RECEPTION OR ONLINE
Please ONLY book if you are:
- 75 years and over
- Have NOT had your FIRST Covid vaccination
- Have NOT had any other vaccine 7 days prior to the appointment date
We have done tremendous work and are now starting to contact LMC patients aged 75 years and over for their first Covid vaccination. Thank you to all staff and patients involved so far and for you at home helping us protect our most vulnerable.
If you are 75 years or over and have not yet been contacted and are unable to book online, please call Reception and press option 4 to make an appt.
Please do not call Reception for general enquiries about the Covid vaccine priority list as we need to keep lines free for patients requiring medical assistance.
If you book an appointment and do not fulfill the criteria listed at the top of this post, we will have to cancel your appointment. We will release more appointments as each delivery of vaccines in confirmed and we work through the priority list as advised by the Government.
Please attend on time, wear a face mask and do NOT attend if you have any respiratory symptoms. Please be prepared to queue outside (socially distanced) and please attend on your own if possible.
Please note in order to provide these clinics we are having to postpone some of our routine work so our GPs and Nursing staff can administer the vaccine.
Please be patient with the surgery staff this week as we are short in numbers. Together we are all helping protect our most vulnerable patients and we THANK YOU for playing your part in this achievement.
