We have received lots of calls today by patients who have been advised to contact us by their employers or by Schools.
Before contacting us please read the following guidance.
- If you are not unwell you do not need to contact the practice.
- If you are in an “at risk” group, you do not need to contact the practice.
- The practice will not issue sick notes for patients who are self-isolating.
If you have symptoms you feel may be COVID 19 virus, please follow the advice to self-isolate, and take further guidance from NHS 111 or visit NHS 111 online .
